Michael Diettrich-Chastain 

Michael Diettrich-Chastain is founder of Arc Integrated, an independent Organizational Consulting and Professional Coaching firm. Through a focus on emotional intelligence, leadership and communication, Arc Integrated aims to empower individuals and organizations to achieve optimum performance and true sustainable change.  

As a consultant, Michael has helped organizational leaders and teams improve retention, productivity and sales. Roxi Bahar Hewertson brings over three decades of practical experience in the worlds of business, higher education, and non-profits. She is an executive leadership coach, motivational speaker, dynamic facilitator, organizational consultant, and author of the acclaimed book, “Lead Like it Matters...Because it Does," providing leaders a step-by-step roadmap and practical tools to achieve great results.  

Roxi has worked with college students, mid-career executives, soon to retire leaders, and recent retirees. Her passion is helping her clients evolve into the person they want to become. Madelon Capozziello

Madelon Capozziello is an Executive Coach and Corporate Leadership Consultant. She is also an adjunct staff member for the Executive Leadership Institute at the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte. Her coaching and consulting focuses on transitional and transformational leadership, improving team performance, corporate strategic planning, and effective change management. Madelon utilizes adult and experiential learning concepts assisting clients to achieve greater awareness and performance. She facilitates personal and organizational transformation using a variety of evidence-based tools, assessments, and methods. She consults with a variety of leaders and organizations in the public and private sectors.  

She holds a B.S degree from University of North Carolina and M.S. degrees in Organization Development and Executive Coaching from Queens University of Charlotte where her research focused Women’s Leadership Challenges and the impact of Executive Coaching upon career advancement and success among Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and executives who report directly to CEOs. Will Sparks, Ph.D.

Dr. Sparks serves as the Dennis Thompson Chair of Leadership at the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte, where he is a tenured Professor of Business and Behavioral Sciences and teaches courses in leadership development and human growth. He also serves as Visiting Professor of International Management with Franklin College in Lugano, Switzerland. In 2008, he founded the McColl School’s M.S. in Organization Development (MSOD) Program and served as Director until 2013. He received the Fuqua Distinguished Educator Award for excellence in teaching at Queens in 2003 and 2005 and was awarded the inaugural McColl School Leadership in Teaching Award in 2009.  

Will is the founder and a principal with William L. Sparks & Associates, LLC, a professional services firm founded in 1999 focused on leadership and team development, human potential, and change management. He is also a managing partner with Peter Browning Partners, LLC, a consulting firm providing services to corporate Boards of Directors. He has consulted with a variety of organizations in the public and private sectors, including the U.S. Navy, the Charlotte Hornets, Anheuser-Busch, Bank of America, Duke Energy, Wells Fargo, SPX, the United Way, the American Red Cross, and the U.S. Department of Energy.

Dick Richardson

Dick is the owner and co-founder of Experience to Lead. He’s responsible for the design and customization of programs, as well as facilitation. Dick has worked as a Program Director with The Conference Board for over five years designing and delivering experiential programs including the Apollo Program with NASA, Team USA in partnership with the USOC, and numerous battlefield programs. Dick was the Director of Executive Leadership Development for ITT and held a variety of leadership positions in learning at IBM. He holds two patents for innovations in organizational learning. Dick’s international experience includes being the Manager of Management Development for IBM Asia based in Hong Kong and numerous other overseas assignments. He has been recognized with several industry awards in leadership development and learning.

John Bennett, Ph.D., PCC, BCC

John Bennett is president of Lawton Associates, a consulting and executive coaching firm focused on helping individual, teams and organizations prepare for, excel through, and improve from change. John is Associate Professor of Business & Behavioral Science, Director of the Graduate Programs at the McColl School of Business, Queens University of Charlotte. In addition to teaching, he is an executive coach and a frequent speaker and presenter at academic, professional, and client conferences and workshops. He has nearly 30 years of progressively challenging and successful experience creating, leading and being a part of change in various industries. John was CEO of an American Red Cross biomedical services divisions, where he led pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution operations and the development and delivery of essential human services. John has also led mergers and turnarounds, new product development, marketing and technology system designs and integrations. He served as Senior Vice President and Talent Solutions Director for Lee Hecht Harrison, and was the CEO of the Foundation of Coaching, a project of the Harnisch Family Foundation. He is principal investigator for a five-year program evaluation and research project: “Ordination Preparation Program Evaluation and Congregational Leader Development Study”, is funded by The Duke Endowment and is being conducted in collaboration with the Western NC and NC Conferences of the United Methodist Church. As an executive coach and consultant, John has helped individuals, teams, and organizations in a variety of industries prepare for and excel through change since 1997. John is author of numerous articles about building organizational resilience to change, coaching, and leadership as well as three books. His latest book is Coaching for Change (Routledge). His recent consulting and coaching clients include for-profit and not-for-profit organizations and government agencies in: biomedical services, construction, education, defense, financial services, higher education, human services, insurance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and professional services. John earned a BS degree from Mars Hill College, MPA degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and an MA and Ph.D. in human and organizational systems from Fielding Graduate University. He also earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Board Certified Coach (BCC) credential through the Center for Credentialing & Ed&cation. He is actively involved in several professional organizations including the Academy of Management, American Psychological Association (APA), ICF, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). John also serves as a past-president of the NCIOP, and the Graduate School Alliance for Educating Coaches (GSAEC). In 2010, he was named a charter Fellow in The Lewin Center and Founding Fellow of the Institute of Coaching, which is affiliated of McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School.
